Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist HRBPs in translating business requirements into effective HR practices.
  • Implement HRBP policies and ensure understanding across all departments.
  • Coordinate with Total Rewards to ensure fair compensation.
  • Support employee relations processes in compliance with company standards.
  • Provide support for performance management, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Liaise with departments regarding changes in employment laws and enhance workplace relationships.
  • Escalate unresolved HR issues for timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate processing.
  • Manage employee data and maintain confidentiality.
  • Build strong relationships with business unit leaders and employees.
  • Participate in HR projects as assigned.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR, HRBP or similar roles.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
